General Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCs)

Article 1: Purpose and Scope These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) apply without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded by EuroDrones, represented by Wandrille Gounot (“the Seller”), to non-professional (B2C) and professional (B2B) buyers (“the Customer”) wishing to acquire the video training and digital materials (EASA Open and Specific Category certification preparation) offered on the site.

Article 2: Access and Nature of Products The products sold are digital content (videos, PDFs, workbooks) provided on a non-material medium and accessible via a Learning Management System (LMS). Access to the content is delivered immediately upon payment validation.

Article 3: Pricing Training prices are indicated in euros (€). In accordance with the Seller’s micro-entrepreneur status, invoicing is exempt from tax. It is expressly stated: “VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the General Tax Code.” The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation.

Article 4: Orders and Payment Terms The order is confirmed once full payment is received. Payment is made exclusively online using the secure payment methods provided on the platform.

Article 5: Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal (Art. L.221-28 13°) Regarding the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the execution of which has begun after the consumer’s prior express consent and explicit waiver of their right of withdrawal, the Customer is informed that the 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, in accordance with Article L.221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code. By confirming their order, the Customer expressly agrees that access to the training will be delivered immediately before the expiration of the withdrawal period, and irrevocably waives their right of withdrawal. No refunds may be requested once access to the content has been granted.

Article 6: Intellectual Property All content on the EuroDrones platform (training videos, texts, PDFs, workbooks, electronic materials, logos, and site architecture) constitutes intellectual works protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code and international copyright treaties. Access to the training grants the Customer a private, personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right of use. It is strictly forbidden to copy, reproduce, download, share (free of charge or for profit), resell, or publicly broadcast all or part of the training documents and videos. Any unauthorized exploitation will result in immediate civil and criminal legal action for infringement.

Article 7: Liability The training courses aim to prepare the Customer for EASA drone certifications. EuroDrones is bound by an obligation of means regarding content access and educational quality. The Seller cannot be held liable for the Customer’s failure to pass EASA certification exams or for any illegal use of a drone by the Customer.

Article 8: Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a discrepancy or dispute regarding the interpretation of this English translation, the original French text shall prevail. In the event of an unresolved dispute between the professional and the consumer, the consumer may utilize the designated consumer mediator free of charge: [Insert Mediator Name], [Mediator Address], [Mediator Email], [Mediator Website]. In the absence of an amicable resolution, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Martinique (France), including for clients residing abroad or for disputes involving professionals.
