1. Data Controller Personal data collected on the EuroDrones platform is processed by Wandrille Gounot (Individual Enterprise), headquartered at 2 Rue Des Palmiers, 97229 Les Trois-Îlets, Martinique, acting as the Data Controller.

2. Data Collected and Purposes When purchasing or creating an account on the LMS, EuroDrones collects the following data:

• Identification data: Last name, first name, address, [SIRET Number for B2B].
• Contact data: Email address, phone number.
• Transaction data: Order history (bank details are processed securely by our payment providers and are never stored on our servers).
• Connection data: IP address, LMS login logs, module progression.

This data is strictly necessary for:

• Contract execution (account creation, immediate delivery of training).
• Customer relationship management (support, invoicing).
• Compliance with our legal and accounting obligations.

3. Legal Basis for Processing Data processing is based on:

• Execution of the sales contract (LMS access).
• Legal obligation (invoice retention).
• Legitimate interest (securing the platform against piracy).

4. Data Recipients Your data is never sold, rented, or transferred to third parties. It is only accessible to:

• Wandrille Gounot (EuroDrones).
• The hosting provider (OVHcloud).
• The LMS software infrastructure (LearnDash) and the payment provider (WooCommerce Payments), acting as GDPR-compliant data processors.

5. Retention Period

• Customer accounts and progression: Kept for the duration of the account’s activity, then deleted 3 years after the last period of inactivity, per CNIL recommendations.
• Accounting records (invoices): Kept for 10 years to meet French legal tax obligations.

6. User Rights In accordance with the Data Protection Act and the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:

• Right of access, rectification, and updating.
• Right to erasure (right to be forgotten).
• Right to data portability.
• Right to restriction and opposition of processing.
